Responsible to manage and oversees procurement activities from sourcing to negotiating to reviewing PO to vendors
Lead a team of purchasers
Receive purchase requisitions for purchased items and manages approval process​
Source and Review supplier's quotation / terms and conditions, negotiate contractions and monitor the quality of service provided
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with local / overseas suppliers
Ensure all procurement processes are performed in accordance to company's policies and procedures
Perform supplier re-evaluation periodically and ensure all required information, documentation; such as ISO Certificate, mill certificate are provided by suppliers
Perform regular benchmarks, sourcing activities to ensure a continuous cost control
Monitor and renew running contracts
Monitor in-house inventory (Consumables) and sufficiently replenished to meet outlets' demands
Maintain and update approved supplier list
Knowledgeable in handling Shipping documents, incoming shipment clearance will a plus
Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
