What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
Professional Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technical procurement processes, especially in mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Proficient in domestic and international
purchasing: sourcing, quotations, price comparison, contract negotiation, shipping, and payment.
• Familiar with internal enterprise procedures: documentation, payment, approval processes.
• Experience in international purchasing is an advantage.
Skills:
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and compare technical quotations to propose optimal purchasing solutions and conduct effective negotiations.
• Professional and confident communication with both local and international suppliers.
• Proficient in all four English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong teamwork and coordination with technical, warehouse, and accounting departments.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, Odoo preferred).
