Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities:
• Execute centralized procurement plans to ensure timely, sufficient, and cost-effective supply of materials, equipment, and services as requested by departments.
Detailed Tasks:
• Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers that meet company needs.
• Negotiate contract terms: pricing, delivery timelines, payment conditions, etc.
• Monitor delivery progress, product/service quality, and handle arising issues.
• Negotiate to achieve competitive pricing and cost optimization.
• Ensure complete and valid documentation for payment processing.
• Follow assigned processes and procurement schedules.
• Comply with internal policies to ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness in procurement activities.

What You Need to Succeed in This Role:
Professional Knowledge:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technical procurement processes, especially in mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Proficient in domestic and international purchasing: sourcing, quotations, price comparison, contract negotiation, shipping, and payment.
• Familiar with internal enterprise procedures: documentation, payment, approval processes.
• Experience in international purchasing is an advantage.
Skills:
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and compare technical quotations to propose optimal purchasing solutions and conduct effective negotiations.
• Professional and confident communication with both local and international suppliers.
• Proficient in all four English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong teamwork and coordination with technical, warehouse, and accounting departments.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work independently under pressure.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, Odoo preferred).

Founded in 2010 with only 6 employees, our business expands significantly with more than 1000 employees in 2020 and becomes the biggest energy company in the private sector. Up to 2020, we operate 52 boiler plants with 122 boilers in total to produce 5,800,000 tons of steam. In the same year (2020), we imported 2,100,000 tons of coal which help us set up a new record in our import history. Our coal is well-known for the reliable quality supplies to 118 plants in the whole of Vietnam. Along with the development of business scale, Thuan Hai has developed a strong workforce from 6 employees at the time of establishment to a scale of more than 1000 employees - full of youth, dynamic, solidarity, and towards the common goal of providing optimal energy solutions for customers. Công ty cổ phần Thuận Hải được thành lập tháng 03 năm 2010 trên cơ sở chuyển đổi từ công ty TNHH Thuận Hải tự hào có lịch sử phát triển lâu năm với số lượng nhân viên ban đầu 06 người và vốn điều lệ 02 tỉ đồng.

Tháng 03 năm 2015 với số lượng cán bộ công nhân viên lên đến 380 người, Công ty Cổ Phần Thuận Hải đã tăng vốn điều lệ lên 200 tỉ đồng và bổ sung giấy phép đầu tư kinh doanh các sản phẩm của công ty ra nước ngoài.
