Procurement Specialist

- Manage end to end procurement process to deliver goods/services as requested
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand details of procurement requirements
- Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc
- Gathering and preparing documents like quotes, proposals, purchase terms, conditions from suppliers and evaluation of proposals for their supervisor to review
- Create Purchase Orders on the system and manage the orders
- Assist end-users in the system issues and procurement guidelines
- Maintains records related to contracts, leasing, and purchasing activities, costs, and expenditures...
- Propose the improvement of current process/practices/spending
- Performs other duties as assigned.
