Mô tả công việc

Source and procure materials, packaging, and services for production and operations.
Negotiate optimal pricing and terms with suppliers.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and address issues.
Process purchasing documents and record costs in the ERP system.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet production and project requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate procurement records.
Analyze spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu

Education: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
Skills: Strong vendor management, negotiation, and ERP proficiency.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and team-oriented.
Preferred: FMCG production industry experience and knowledge of local/international markets.
Be ethical in all of dealings with vendors and suppliers;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, familiar with ERP system;
Organized and detail-focused, problem solver able to seek a solution;
Hard working and dedicated;
Can communicate Vietnamese and English;
