JOB DESCRIPTION
● Procurement Management: Manage, track, and execute the procurement of materials, spare parts, and technical equipment for the operation, repair, and maintenance of truck, van, and electric vehicle (EV) fleets; ensure timely supply that meets operational needs, technical standards, and cost optimization.
● Quotation & Vendor Evaluation: Compare quotations, evaluate, and select suitable suppliers/garages, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and budget efficiency.
● Contract Management: Negotiate, execute, and manage procurement contracts for fleet-related goods and services (materials, spare parts, repair and maintenance services, garage services, etc.); monitor contract implementation and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in
Purchasing / Procurement / Supply Chain, preferably related to technical supplies, spare parts, technical services, or fleet operations.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive), Operations Management, Industrial Management, Logistics / Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields.
● Skills:
Strong skills in negotiation, quotation comparison, and supplier/garage management.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills with Operations, Technical/Engineering, and Finance & Accounting departments.
