* Job Description:
- Support sourcing and evaluating suppliers for medical devices materials (e.g. catheters, FEP heat shrink tubing, and related components)
- Request, collect, and compare quotations from local and overseas suppliers
- Assist in price negotiation and contract terms under supervision
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on delivery schedule
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Warehouse to ensure materials meet required standards and timelines
- Maintain supplier database and procurement records
- Prepare and handle procurement-related documents
- Communicate with foreign suppliers in English (mainly via email and online meetings)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields
- Good command of English (especially reading & writing for work with international suppliers)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible
- Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fresher candidates are welcome
