- Develop Strategic Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select key suppliers for raw materials and packaging. Test new samples to ensure quality and quantity. Negotiate and prepare contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
- Order and Delivery Management: Track purchase orders and delivery schedules to ensure timely and quality supplies. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and maintain sufficient materials for production.
- Market and Cost Monitoring: Monitor market prices for items like LME metals, sugar, OCC paper, and other macro/micro factors affecting costs.
- Procurement and Contract Management: Supervise all
purchasing activities, negotiate with existing suppliers, and find new ones when needed. Manage and oversee related supply chain contracts.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and maximize resource use, including materials, spare parts, and manpower. Oversee regular equipment maintenance and calibration across the factory.
- KPI and Budget Management: Implement team KPIs, monitor performance, and achieve targets. Assist management in preparing the annual budget and control costs within the approved budget.
