Producer Intern (Advertising Agency)

About the internship
You will work on the detailed copy execution under guidance for big brands and their campaigns. As an intern, you will be part of the Copy team and also in close contact with the creatives. In brief, you will be surrounded by a team of experienced and talented Copywriters to gain the knowledge, skills, and insights you need while working on real content assignments. This is your chance to learn fast and walk away with a mind-blowing experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist to producer in the hiring and communicating with key production crew.
· Coordinate with key cast and crew to implement measures to improve on production status.
· Develop the production schedules by collaborating with the Production teams.
· Manage production vendors to ensure smooth and timely post-production processes.
· Manage the contracting process for hiring key cast and crew.
· Support the handover of project materials from production to post-production departments.
· Support the production teams in securing additional funding for the project when required.
· Scheduling some tasks within the video production process
· Assist to producer in Handling and planning for disruptions to the project
· Assist to producer in Locating, checking, and booking shooting venues
REQUIREMENT:
· Passionate in advertising and film production
· Dynamic, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility
· Good teamwork skills
· Good at English
· Basic project management skills, including planning, progress tracking, and reporting
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic and creative environment.
· Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and office skills: Words, Excel, PPT
