1. Education
Bachelor's degree in Costing, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
2. Experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience in furniture or manufacturing costing, BOM development, cost modeling, digital transformation, or technical solution delivery. AI implementation experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into system requirements and working with cross-functional teams through solution design, testing, implementation, and adoption.
3. Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of product costing, BOM structure, cost drivers, variance analysis, and manufacturing processes; furniture-industry experience is preferred.
Ability to identify operational pain points, evaluate feasibility, implementation complexity, risks, and expected business impact, and recommend practical solutions.
Working knowledge of AI application concepts, including AI agents, workflow automation.
Strong analytical thinking, logical thinking, data sensitivity, communication, stakeholder management, and team-leadership skills.
CAD knowledge and the ability to interpret furniture drawings and specifications are required.
Proficient English speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
