MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Assign work to workers and employees in production according to the department head's authorization.
- Follow the production plan to meet the export schedule.
- Control and ensure the receipt and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in coordination with the Warehouse.
- Control and ensure accurate stocktaking and inventory quantities by reconciling physical stock, inventory cards, and inventory management software.
- Control and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) for production.
- Perform all activities related to CGMP documentation inspection and control.
- Store and maintain production documents properly.
- Supervise in-process production activities to ensure product quality.
- Implement new products into the production process.
- Improve production processes to increase productivity and reduce the loss rate.
- Support the operation and maintenance of production machinery.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a production environment are welcome.
- Knowledge of production operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and production documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting preferred.
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and basic communication); a TOEIC certificate or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
