We are looking for a Senior QC Engineer to strengthen our Quality Control team, focusing on inspection standards, quality data analysis, quality performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain QC inspection standards, check sheets, and Work Instructions.
Monitor and analyze quality data and KPIs, identify trends, and drive improvement actions.
Review measurement and statistical results to support quality decisions.
Monitor and follow up on customer complaints and process/product quality issues.
Lead or support quality improvement and problem-solving activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to the QC team and cross-functional functions

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
3+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
Good knowledge of quality systems, inspection methods, data analysis, and problem solving.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Proficient in using AI tools to support data analysis, visualization, and quality improvement.
Experience in automotive, electronics, wire harness, molding, or related industries is an advantage.
Preferred Attitude:
