Product Costing Manager/Accountant

Minimum Education Requirement: Related diploma/ Degree University in accounting/ finance
Professional Requirements: Chief accountant certificate Or Equivalent
Qualification Certificate: As above
Requirement:
+ Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines with minimum 8 years solid working experience in manufacturing costing;
+ The managerial role in the costing team is highly preferred. Less experienced will be considered to costing accountant;
+ Strong knowledge of cost drivers and experience working with engineering, supply chain and sourcing partners;
+ Highly collaborative with solid change management skills;
+ Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people.
+ Exceptional analytical skills and ability to provide proactive solutions with limited direction and input;
+ Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all level;
+ Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage;
+ Experience in ERP systems is a must;

+ Has strong affinity and plan execution ability.
+ Clear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database, sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.
+ Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely and effective manner.
+ Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process.
+ Able to handle emergencies.
