At least 2+ years of digital design experience. Relevant work experience as a product
designer is preferred. It's not that we care much about the exact number of years, but we're
looking for people who can step up to own parts of the product - all the way from concept
to implementation. We believe in working autonomously; there's likely no one to tell you
how to do things as long as you achieve the expected outcomes. Now, if you have less
experience but still feel you could do the job, please don't be shy!
Strong in UX
Solid design skills. Besides having great visual taste and an eye for detail, having a solid
grasp of design fundamentals (UI, interaction) will make it easier to work with your team.
Experience designing for desktop web apps is a plus. Some experience with branding and
print design would be great, but definitely not a must. We're using Figma as our primary
design tool. Frankly, we don't care much about the tools you use as long as it doesn't disrupt
your team's workflow :)
Great communication skills. English is our common language. Having decent verbal and
written communication skills is essential to operate effectively with your team. You
understand that words matter as much as the pixels.
Healthcare is a challenging domain. We're not looking for someone who's already an
expert. Along the way, mistakes will be made and you must have the courage and ability to
admit those mistakes. As long as you put in your best effort, you love to learn, and work
well with others, you'll fit right in. Being a team player will help us move further together,
as a team.
