Supports the China Product Development Department through a number of data entry, report tracking and clerical duties.
*Job Scope
This role will primarily be responsible for supporting the PD department across numerous functions. In conjunction with PD partners, coordinates the input of BOM information in the Flex-PLM system. Responsible for preparing and following up with daily tracking reports and updating PLM for each development milestone.

- Product Development assistant managers
- Product Development managers
- All departments within Deckers China
Interactions Externally (Outside Deckers)
- Factory product development departments
- Material and component suppliers.
*Essential duties and responsibilities(Please state the most important areas of accountability in your job, in rough order of importance.).
- Work with PD to update seasonal Linesheet and BOM in Flex-PLM.
- Work with brand PD teams to prepare tear down reports for every development milestone.
- Update and document the outsole mold tracking form for every development stage from factories.
- Track the override material signing off process at each development milestone.
- Document and facilitate spec change list distribution.
- Track and validate all PD invoices and collect all required signatures prior to passing to Goleta for AP/Finance for review.
- In conjunction with the China Materials Team follow up on material schedule for every development stage from factories.
- Track and distribute daily package delivery for all PD teams.
- Work with PD to support and better understand shoe construction, material usage, and other general footwear manufacturing processes.
- Other duties as assigned by functional manager.
