• Maintain the relationship for all contracting and operational activities, act as the face-to-face key point contract for land supplier vendors in non-core destinations (Thailand, Singapore, Bali)
• Investigate and identify new products from local vendors that are appropriate for the company's key markets
• Negotiate the best contract rate and agreement with local suppliers based on the company's strategy
• Create new products in response to sales team or leader requests
• Coordination with the Sales team to inspect new destinations and put together tailor-made packages based on the needs of each market
• Collaboration with local suppliers is essential to ensuring that
purchasing prices are competitive, correct, and reasonable
• Inspect new destinations, analyze, and select appropriate products for each market.
• Keep the sales team and overseas partners informed of new products and changes in each destination
• Control the services of current suppliers to ensure that they meet the company's standards
• Update the service lines and tour modules in system and double-check everything
• Coordination with all relevant departments is required. Local tour guides ensure that the new tours run smoothly
• Make and deliver training for Sales and relevant departments to increase product and destination knowledge
• Assist with daily Sales' requests, questions, and inquiries from Agents or other departments
