1. Product Research & Innovation
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.
Assist in conceptualizing new products that enhance Ru9's product portfolio while keeping ahead of competitors.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product designs and offerings.
2. Project Coordination & Execution
Manage product development timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Sales) and external partners (e.g., suppliers, manufacturers) to streamline project execution.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
3. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with the Operations department to define and implement QA/QC processes, ensuring consistent product standards.
Regularly review and optimize quality processes based on customer feedback and industry benchmarks.
Maintain stringent documentation of quality standards and lifecycle management.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in product development, project management or operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
Proven success in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple stakeholders is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies
Strong project management skills with excellent organizational and execution capabilities.
Analytical thinker with attention to detail and quality control expertise.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
Proficient in Google Workspace, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Lark).
