KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Propose new business strategies and initiatives for PL NTB products aligned with company strategy, and directly develop/implement them if approved.
2. Develop, deploy new PL NTB products' parameters, set pricing, and new customer segments based on market and customer analyses.
3. Proactively engage with cross-functional teams at VPB FC to develop and implement initiatives and corrective actions related to selling process, product characteristics, marketing campaigns, risk performance and other aspects.
4. Analyze potential threats and suggest counter-actions.
5. Define deviations in product performance and potential sources of growth/improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly.
6. Develop and update the product program reflecting significant changes in financial drivers, risk performance, risk policy, distribution, underwriting and operation processes, etc.
7. Develop new/adjusted distribution channels, selling process and selling policies.
8. Closely monitor all performance aspects of existing PL NTB products (including, but not limited to, revenue drivers, cost drivers, credit performance and operational performance indicators).
9. Take professional responsibility for the Loan contract/Application form of PL products, in accordance with SBV's regulations and related management organizations. Work directly with SBV's inspector when clarification is needed regarding products/partnerships/loan contracts...
10. Consult and/or give corrective action recommendations to ensure achievement of targeted product parameters in new sales and overall portfolio, through cooperation with Risk and Sales Divisions.
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science. A degree from an internationally recognized or top-tier local institution is a plus.
Experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of in-depth experience in product/program management within financial institutions (banking, insurance, investment, etc.); people-management experience is not required.
• Experience as a market strategist from a global marketing agency is a plus.
• In-depth product/category management experience in the Banking sector.
• Experience with the Vietnam market or comparable developing markets.
• Proven track record in product development, portfolio management, and business technology.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking.
Skills
• Proven skills in developing and launching new distribution channels/business lines.
• Practical experience in defining business strategy and reviewing existing business strategy.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills to work effectively cross-functionally without direct management authority.
• Deep understanding of Profit & Loss drivers and financial modeling.
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively under pressure, with effective time management.
• Full English proficiency.
