Product Development Manager - Furniture Factory - Binh Duong

Looking for a talented Product Development Manager who is capable to oversee all the activities in terms of Wood furniture new product development, introduction, drawings, sample making before mass production.
Description
The ideal Product Development Manager, reported directly to the General Manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
* Responsible for planning and monitoring project progress of new production development and sample production.
* Quoting product, write BOMs, control drawings, technical documents and user manuals.
* Coordinate the sample group of the production department and follow up the sample process.
* Review and approve drawings, ERP system BOM, and packaging materials.
* Technical transfer to ensure smooth mass production of new products.
* Interact with customers to understand customer requirements of product.
* Interview, train and motivate employees; reward and discipline employees; resolve conflicts.
Profile
The preferred candidate has Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related disciplines, combined with at least 10 years experience in Wood furniture manufacturing, good knowledge on sample/product development, product structure/material and cost.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, familiar with ERP system.
Good command in English is required, able to speak Chinese is a big plus.
