Mô tả công việc
Formulating new recipes and improving existing ones which keep ClouEats ahead of the competition
Recommending new products and working with product development staff to transform food concepts into viable products
Liaising with colleagues in the commercial, commissary and operation departments
Liaising with suppliers and purchasing to ensure that you are aware of new ingredients coming on to the market
Identifying markets niches and opportunities into which existing products could be adapted and new products developed.
Conducting consumer testing and taste panels for proposed new products
Presenting new products to potential trade customers
Ensuring that potential new products can be executed profitably and meet food safety requirements
Evaluating the success of new products in their markets
Continuously researching the market and staying ahead of consumer trends

Yêu cầu
Have experience in top quality restaurants and have a creative mind, the ability, and passion to develop innovative products for us
Must be able to develop recipes that can be made using our commissary processes and executable in our kitchens, whilst at the same time making sure that these recipes are innovative and creative.
Be a person with good communication and influencing skills because they will be talking a wide variety of people to get their ideas accepted - not only work with colleagues but also with suppliers and potential customers.
Be expected to meet tight deadlines to they will be comfortable in high-pressure situations and able to work effectively
Have strong computer literacy skills, so they can keep pace and liaise with other departments in the company
