Mô tả công việc

As a Product Development Specialist at Trusting Social, you will have the ultimate responsibility for implementing the product features to offer the best digital experience and credit card product offers to consumers, especially those new to credit and new to credit card customers. Specifically, you will:
- Understand product & processes
- Proactively engage in the end-to-end product cycle of research, development, testing, deployment, and improvement
- Use data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
- Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives
- Clearly communicate requirements through epics and user stories
- Assist Product Managers in research, and surveys for developing product roadmap/features

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Technology, Business, or similar industries
- Proven track record in Project/ Product Management and experts in fraud risk management for consumer lending
- Experiences in managing unsecured lending products
- Strong technical background with good knowledge of APIs and bank applications
- Experiences with common data analyst toolkits, such as SQL are highly preferred
- Good interpersonal & teamwork skills, hardworking with enthusiastic attitudes
- Learning ability and strong self-motivation to capture new knowledge
- Capability to zoom in and out on a problem
