1. Inter-department Communication:
Act as a bridge between IT and other departments to facilitate clear communication.

2. Product Demos & Feedback Collection:

3. Market Research & Product Improvement:
Research competitor software to identify trends and opportunities.
Recommend actionable improvements to enhance the company's software.

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: Experience in customer support, product management, or related roles is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct training and software demonstrations effectively.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of market research techniques.
Willing to work night shifts to align with U.S. hours.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (from 22:00 to 07:00 AM).
