We are looking for a Product Manager to join the MVillage team. In this role, you will help define the core product vision, goals, functionality, and requirements by collaborating with user experience experts, visual
designers, and engineers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product to bring to market.
What you'll be doing:
• Collaborate with different teams including
Software Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to define product vision, strategy as well as the product roadmap.
• Work closely with stakeholders and end-users (both technical and non-technical) to understand their needs, pain-points to deliver the best User Experience.
• Understand strategy and future requirements, and manage the allocation of own tasks to meet project requirements.
• You will create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
• You will prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.
What we'd like to see:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• You have worked in product management, business analysis or equivalent for several years.
• Project Management skills: This position require the skill to effectively control the scope of work, arrange well humane resource and get projects completed within the required time frames.
• Familiar with Scrum Agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Project Management Tool, and Task Management.
• Teamwork abilities - to be able to work with a cross-functional team in handling cross-functional initiatives, and bridging the gap between the business/operations and technology.
• Critical thinking and analytic orientation: Must be able to undertake research, analyze data, and apply results in problem-solving and decision making, taking a long-term perspective.
• Strong business senses - you should be a tenacious decision-maker, with strong business acumen and the ability to bring a sound, aggressive, and responsible approach to business.
• You have an ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
