1. Assist the Product Manager in developing product roadmaps for each category based on consumer trends, technology trends, and industry chain developments to support the company's business growth.
2. Support the implementation of category strategies, help analyze competitors and plan product layouts, and work collaboratively to achieve annual sales and profit goals.
3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demand analysis to assist in drafting detailed product definitions and requirement documents.
4. Organize and refine product selling points based on product definitions and competitive research, and help prepare communication materials and training support for these selling points.
5. Track product launches and sales performance, assist in analyzing anomalies, and participate in full product lifecycle management.

Proactive in learning and continuously improving professional skills, with curiosity and eagerness for new knowledge. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of promoting cross-department collaboration. Highly passionate about products and eager to deeply understand user needs and market trends.
2. Bachelor's degree or above; background in the home-improvement hardware industry or experience with Amazon platform is a plus.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common product management tools (such as Excel and PowerPoint) is preferred.
4. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
