Product Manager - Fintech

What you will do

We are looking for a Product Manager to own product development across the Finhay ecosystem. You will lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to launch and improvement. Securities products, including FHSC and securities features on the Finhay super app, are the current priority; the role covers all Finhay products as business needs evolve.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Combine user research, behavioral data, and market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and differentiation opportunities.

- Shape product vision, goals, and roadmaps across Finhay, connecting near-term priorities with long-term business value.

- Own and refine backlogs, balancing customer value, business impact, technical debt, reliability, and dependencies with Design and Engineering.

- Define and validate solutions, requirements, and testable acceptance criteria, including edge cases and failure scenarios.

- Use AI in research, requirements drafting, and backlog refinement, verifying outputs and remaining accountable for quality.

- Work with business, operations, risk, and compliance teams to address operational and regulatory requirements before launch.

- Coordinate delivery, acceptance testing, and launches. Manage risks and cross-team dependencies, adjust plans, and monitor product quality.

- Define success metrics and tracking, analyze results, and run experiments to improve adoption, conversion, and retention.

- Align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs, share product practices, and support less experienced colleagues through feedback and review.

What you are good at

- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or an equivalent digital product role, with direct experience developing securities products or trading platforms.

- Solid knowledge of securities workflows, including account opening, funding, order types and lifecycle, buying power, balances, settlement, fees, and portfolio tracking.

- Proven ability to take a product or feature from discovery to launch, explain your decisions, and demonstrate measurable results.

- Broad product thinking: connect customer journeys across services, translate business goals into product direction, and balance short-term priorities with long-term value.

- Strong user research, market analysis, and analytical skills to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and evaluate product performance.

- Ability to translate complex financial workflows into clear requirements, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria, including edge cases.

- Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs, balancing customer value, business impact, technical debt, and delivery dependencies.

- Working understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows to evaluate feasibility and discuss technical trade-offs with Engineering.

- Practical experience using AI in product workflows, with sound judgment in verifying outputs and protecting sensitive information.

- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicting priorities and take ownership of outcomes.

- Ability to learn new financial domains and adapt as product priorities evolve.

- Experience with super apps, other investment products, core securities integrations, margin trading, SQL, or product analytics tools is a plus.
