Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Product Manager with a strong background as a Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Manager to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of a B2B global product, from concept to launch.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product and user experience.
- Agile Methodology: Utilize your experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies to streamline development processes and improve team efficiency.
- Product Design & Discovery: Participate in product design and discovery sessions, contributing to wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, PMO, or Project Manager.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of coding, wireframing, and product design.
- Agile Expertise: Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
