Mô tả công việc
DKSH Vietnam is looking for 2 Product Managers: 1 for IVD Segment; 1 for Ophthalmology segment
• Develops overall marketing objectives and strategies for assigned products. Follow the strategy from clients with some adjustment for local market.
• Develops and executes promotional tactics for assigned products: incorporates these tactics in an annual product and marketing plan.
• Establishes unit and USD sales forecasts and budgets for assigned products (Sales in and Sales out to market) and has prime responsibility to obtain the predicted profitability of his / her products.
• Monitor, update the projects pipeline on monthly basis with sales team for prompt support and reporting to clients.
• Provide to sales team with product configuration for tendering
• Do calculation, analysis for PnL of rental project - replacement, propose to BLM for making decision: go or no go and feedback to sales force team for further execution.
• Manage the forecast, importation with clients to ensure the implementation of projects (cash deal equipment for reagent rental project) are on time.
• Coordinates with RA to ensure the importation licenses are in place.
• Ensures proper coordination of all service units, such as sales, marketing, clinical investigation, RA, Support Admin, etc., in implementing the new installation or tendering.
• Build up good relationship with customers to support for his/her assigned products.
• Implement product training to sales team, PGM, workshop, hand-on for users or marketing activities to drive the reagent/kit consumption.
• Allocates monitors and controls promotion expenditures for his/ her assigned products.
• Initiates and develops all product promotion material. Reviews and approves material. Reviews and approves material in its various stages of production.
• Approves all trade promotional materials.
• Maintains a complete and continuing record of his/ her markets, product lines and competitive activity.

• Initiates, monitors and handles correspondence concerning assigned products
• Prepares and presents promotional plans of assigned products to management groups - marketing management, field operation management, etc.
• Monitors and analyzes use of promotional materials in the field by working with Medical Representatives/ Sales Representatives/ Product Specialists. Responsible for communicating results to management and implementing the necessary adjustments in promotions.
• Issues marketing documents; preliminary marketing plan, marketing decisions, products plans, long range plans, and product plans for action.
• Evaluates potential new products, new promotions, and new ideas and makes appropriate recommendation to central management. Coordinate with Business Development team to explore and acquire new clients.
• Compiles, indexes, and records all promising, new ideas fore review, evaluation and possible future use.
• Recommends additions or deletions of sizes, presentations, extensions and products as sales and profit levels require.
• Keeps abreast of marketing, economic and regulatory affairs issued which might affect products.
• Recommends product and packaging improvements when appropriate.
• Coordinates and communicates with his / her counterpart International Product Manager.
• Prepares the following reports: monthly report with the following information:
- Actual performance of assigned products in units and USD sales
- Competitive activities, promotion, deals, gimmicks, sales campaign, symposiums market
- Objective pertinent information relating to assigned products
• Performs all other activities assigned by the Report-line Manager relating to marketing of his/ her assigned products.
