Product Manager (North)AQUA Electrical Appliances Vietnam Co., Ltd

In charge of Product Planning, Pricing, Network Management & Expansion:
1. PRODUCT PLANNING:
- Oversee the entire product life cycle by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Ensure the sufficient product planning by optimizing OPSI (order, purchase, sales, inventory), policy, budget control.
- Assess market competition by analyzing market research & customer feedback
- Develop product sales & promotion (ATL, BTL) strategies in coordination with sales & related teams to obtain product market share
2. PRICING:
- Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders
- Manage Gross Profit, Net Profit by model-wise, channel-wise to ensure the delivery of company target
3. NETWORK MANAGEMENT & EXPANSION:
- Manage channel wise, account wise discount structure to balance channel and maximize Gross Profit, Net Profit.
- Plan and execute channel expansion strategies: Model-wise, Account-wise, Area-wise to increase channel coverage effectively.
4. OTHERS:
- Coordinate with Head Quarter to customize & execute the strategies
- Lead Product Team to achieve the business target by developing skills & setting objectives, targets & guidelines for direct reports
