Research food trends, customer insights, competitor menus, and market opportunities.
Develop new menu items and seasonal offerings aligned with brand strategy.
Improve existing products based on sales data, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Conduct tasting sessions, quality evaluations, and recipe standardization.
Cost & Quality Management
Work with Supply Chain to source ingredients at optimal cost.
Ensure product costs align with target food cost and margin (COGS).
Monitor product quality consistency across all stores.
Create and maintain Standard Recipe Cards (SRC) and SOPs.
Operational Implementation
Collaborate with Operations to train staff on new products.
Ensure cooking methods, portioning, and presentation are consistent.
Conduct store visits to audit product execution and gather feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing for product launch campaigns.
Align with Finance on pricing strategy, cost projections, and profitability.
Cooperate with Supply Chain for forecasting and inventory planning.
Performance Tracking
Monitor sales performance of each product.
Run A/B testing for new dishes before full rollout.
Provide monthly product performance reports and recommendations.
