Work experience
• 3-7 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, or
business development (preferably in B2B / technology-related industries).
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
Functional skills and knowledge
• Strong understanding of B2B product marketing and commercial management.
• Solid experience in pricing strategy and supplier negotiation.
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategy, product lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
• Good business acumen with understanding of P&L drivers (revenue, margin, cost).
• Ability to interpret market data, sales data, and financial metrics for decision making.
• Familiarity with technical/industrial products or solutions (preferred in Technology BU context).
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint); CRM/SAP exposure is a plus.
Soft skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties.
