Product Manager Team LeaderConcierge U (KUZEN)

• Manage several team members to accelerate the development of our products
• Excellent attention to detail and strong desire to iterate and improve on the dev processes
• Recruit talents to meet the ideal organization structure
• Manage and resolve complex team members relations issues
• Coach/mentor/train and give guidance for the development of the team members

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Leading the development and refinement of product requirements, estimates, plans, schedules and implementations
• Ability to assess risk and manage contingency plans
• Manage, motivate and lead project teams to meet project objectives
• Ability to link business consequences to a project's progress, goals, functionality, cost/benefit and recommend appropriate courses of action
• Assess the performance of project team members, contribute to performance evaluations

Must have:

• Strong Japanese skill to facilitate meetings
• More than 5 years of Web development experience

Nice to have:

• Working as an engineering manager / VPoE / CTO
• The experience to develop toB applications
• Proven work experience in product management or as a Senior Product Owner
• Proven product management experiences at Saas product
• Experience with and understanding agile/scrum methodologies, principles, and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong English skill to facilitate meetings
