Product Manager UI-UX/Data Analyst

Fika is Vietnam's fastest-growing AI social & dating app with 700,000 installs since its soft launch in November 2021. Fika's founders, Denise Sandquist (CEO) & Oscar Xing Luo (CTO) are from Sweden and the rest of the team are Vietnamese with various impressive backgrounds. The company culture is young, dynamic and ambitious, with the goal set to become Vietnam's #1 dating app in 2021, before expanding rapidly into Southeast Asia.

The position

• Fika wants to change the social and dating landscape for women in Vietnam and Southeast Asia and we need an innovative visionary who has both international and local knowledge in this industry or launched similar large-scale apps. We seek people with strong leadership skills, operational skills as well as business expertise.
• You will be required to work closely with people in technology so domain knowledge such as AI, app development (backend and frontend) as well as UX/UI are highly valued.

Working tasks and key responsibilities

• Design and define the product roadmap
• Analyze user data, conduct user and market research to optimize app development accordingly
• Proactively research on competitors and user behavior, in order to develop features most suitable for Fika's vision and demographics in Vietnam and later Southeast Asia
• Develop feature requirements and lead the design team in maintaining consistency
• Introduce features to the development team and communicate clearly on the reasoning behind these. Proactively work with and report to Fika's CTO, with clear communication with Fika's CEO.
• Oversee the daily output from the product team and steer the course in order to reach KPIs

The ideal candidate

• Native Vietnamese speaker and high level of written and spoken English
• Strong domain knowledge in both app development and AI
• Experience with launching large-scale social apps
• Understanding dating apps and what the key components are in online relationships

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and market salary, and can later be increased based on actual performance and results. 85% probation salary during 2 months probation period.

• Remote work: Can be discussed after probation and sufficient results have been proved
