Mô tả công việc
Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and to develop a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals.
Gather and prioritize requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value.
Provide clear user stories and feedback to development teams for timely delivery of high-quality features.
Partner with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces enhancing user adoption.
Collaborate with QA team to ensure the product or features meet quality standards.
Define and monitor OKRs and Success Metrics to optimize the product based on data-informed insights.
Implement strategies for smooth adoption and provide user training as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 3 years of experience in mobile app development, with a track record of delivering impactful and customer-satisfying products.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Technical background with knowledge of app technologies.
Ability to work with customers, technical team, product design team, and management to gather requirements, define product features, and provide technical guidance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent results.
Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Previous experience with fintech, ewallet or mini app is a plus.
Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
Technical background with knowledge of app technologies.
