Job Summary
To drive the development, management, and successful market delivery of projectors products that meet customer needs, enhance the company's product portfolio, and contribute to the organization's mission of providing cutting-edge, competitive technology solutions in the visual presentation and communication industry
Key Accountabilities
• Product Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for projector products, considering market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales) to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Product Development and Launch
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales to develop Go-to Market strategies, product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
• Market Analysis and Optimization
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify areas for product improvement or new opportunities.
- Analyse sales data, customer surveys, and other metrics to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements or feature updates.
- Propose and implement strategies for product optimization, pricing adjustments, or feature additions based on market feedback.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives, track progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to demonstrate product performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Timely and accurate reports on key product metrics, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market share.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Key Job Requirements
• Job / Skills Competencies
Channel management, product marketing, product lifecycle management market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer insights skills
• Critical Work Experience
- Over 2-4 years of working experience in channel management, product marketing, end-user management in visual instruments line.
- Proven track record in leading successful product launches or improvements
- Experience in market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer insights
- Knowledge of B2C / Retail Sales is preferred
• Qualifications
Degree / Diploma in related course of studies such as Business Administration, Information Technology and Marketing Communications.
