Job Purpose:
- Lead the pre-launch and launch of assigned brands in the Vietnam market.
- Drive and manage marketing activities and sales performance to achieve or exceed business objectives, including sales targets and P&L goals.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans on a quarterly and annual basis through effective planning, operations, execution, stakeholder engagement, and team development.
- Ensure full compliance with the company's policies, industry regulations, and procedures across all activities and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Sales
Strategic Planning
- Develop comprehensive brand strategies and launch plans with clearly defined Critical Success Factors (CSFs), action plans, and execution timelines.
- Analyze market dynamics, pharmaceutical industry trends, customer needs, KOL networks, and competitive landscapes through field visits, research, market intelligence, and analytical tools.
- Develop and implement short-term and medium-term Brand Plans, Financial Plans, and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Plans.
- Ensure brand objectives are achieved within approved A&P budgets through regular performance monitoring and financial analysis in collaboration with Finance and Controlling teams.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Operations & Execution
- Manage assigned brands by translating strategic plans into effective implementation and execution.
- Prepare and allocate sales targets, incentive schemes, and commercial initiatives aligned with brand objectives and sales performance goals.
- Monitor business performance, evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
- Track and analyze key business metrics to ensure achievement of sales, market share, and profitability targets.
2. Leadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrate strong self-motivation while fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen capabilities, engagement, and performance.
- Adapt effectively to organizational changes, including new brands, projects, responsibilities, and business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Hospital Sales, Business Support, Incentive Compensation (IC), Human Resources,
Business Development, and other stakeholders to address business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
Provide support to Line Managers and Department Heads on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
3. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all marketing, sales, and business activities are conducted in accordance with the company's compliance standards, policies, and applicable industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all brand and commercial activities.
- Promote ethical business practices and ensure compliance requirements are consistently embedded in daily operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications related to pharmaceuticals, marketing, or commercial management are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching pharmaceutical products.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
• Experience in brand management is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to generate meaningful business insights from market and customer analysis.
• Strong capability in brand strategy development and execution.
• Sound financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and evaluate business performance.
