At Thu Do Multimedia (TDM), we develop software solutions and OTT/Streaming platforms for customers in television, telecommunications, and the broader digital media ecosystem.
We are looking for a Product Manager who combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and a passion for solving customer problems. Whether you come from MediaTech or another technology domain, this is an opportunity to take ownership, collaborate with talented engineering teams, and help build products for local and international markets.
1. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product Discovery: Work with customers, business teams, and stakeholders to understand user needs, identify pain points, and translate business challenges into product opportunities.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product development decisions based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Requirements & Backlog Management: Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Manage the product backlog and ensure requirements are clear and actionable.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with BA, Design, Engineering, QA, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver product features from concept to release.
Product Performance & Optimization: Monitor product metrics, customer feedback, and feature performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Go-to-market Support: Collaborate with Sales and Business teams on product demonstrations, customer discussions, and product commercialization.
2. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management,
Product Ownership, or a comparable role with hands-on involvement in product development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
A solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Practical experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, PRDs, user stories, and Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
Working proficiency in English.
Nice to have, but not required:
Experience in OTT, Streaming, MediaTech, Telecom, SaaS, B2B software, or other technology products.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers, system integrations, APIs, or international projects.
Familiarity with product analytics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.

4. WORKING INFORMATION
Location: 48 Le Van Luong Street, Hanoi, Vietnam.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, plus two Saturday mornings according to the company's working schedule.
