Job Overview:
As a Product Marketing Executive, you will bridge market insights, customer needs, and product development.
You will conduct market research, identify customer pain points, validate product opportunities, define product requirements, and collaborate closely with
Developers throughout the entire product development lifecycle-from ideation to successful product release.
You will also work with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure products deliver real value to customers and achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Market & Customer Research
Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
Analyze competitors' products, features, pricing, and positioning.
Gather customer insights through user interviews, feedback, surveys, communities, and product analytics.
Identify customer pain points and recommend product opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, AI innovations, and e-commerce developments.
Product Discovery & Requirement Definition
Work with stakeholders to identify product opportunities.
Translate business and customer needs into product requirements.
Create PRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Specifications, and workflows.
Prioritize features based on customer value and business impact.
Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development teams.
Product Development Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA throughout the product lifecycle.
Clarify business requirements during development.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure product quality before release.
Product Launch & Go-to-Market Support
Coordinate product launches with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
Prepare product positioning, feature announcements, release notes, landing page content, and internal documentation.
Develop messaging that clearly communicates product value to target customers.
Work with the Marketing team to support product campaigns, educational content, webinars, and customer communications.
Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
Monitor product adoption, customer engagement, and feature performance using analytics tools.
Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for product optimization.
Gather post-launch feedback and propose improvements for future releases.
Report insights and recommendations to stakeholders using data-driven analysis.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Marketing, Product Executive,
Business Analyst, or similar roles.
Experience working in the e-commerce industry.
Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Excellent market research and competitive analysis skills.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to solve business problems.
Experience writing product requirements, feature documentation, or business specifications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with SaaS products.
Knowledge of Shopify ecosystem, apps, and merchants' workflows.
Understanding of SEO,
Digital Marketing, AI tools, or E-commerce technologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
