At Teko, with nearly 200 talented engineers in many fields, we work and share knowledge in the application of advanced technology platforms such as Cloud, Big Data, Al, ... In addition, Teko Ventures is investing strongly in the fields of Fintech, New Retail, Logistics, Warehouse, Digital Entertainment, B2B Management Solution. We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive to join us.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive research, and target audience identification to identify market trends, to understand customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and positioning
Product Strategy: Develop and execute product marketing plans aligned with the company's business and strategic objectives
Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product or feature launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Messaging and Positioning: Develop brand messaging guidelines and build compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, website content, presentations, and product documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, features, and promotional activities to support the delivery of new product or feature launches.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, etc.) to generate leads and drive product adoption.
Metrics and Analysis: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance, using data to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Training & coaching: Conduct product training for sales & other audiences. Coach other members in the product marketing sector.
Other: Other tasks as requested by the manager.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing or related roles, prior experience in launching new SaaS products or new markets is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and expertise across various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, and performance marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis tools.
Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Well organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
