Analyze product sales, revenue, product mix, pricing, and store performance to identify business opportunities and improvement areas.
Support product pricing and promotion analysis, including competitor benchmarking and profitability evaluation.
Prepare sales forecasts and demand plans for new and existing products based on historical data, seasonality, campaigns, and business plans.
Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations for product optimization, launch, promotion, or discontinuation.
Support new product development through market research, product benchmarking, sales potential, and commercial analysis.
Conduct market, competitor, and consumer analysis to identify trends and new product opportunities.
Work with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure effective product planning and execution.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to support management decision making.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Management, Business Analysis, Sales Planning, or related roles, preferably in F&B/FMCG/Retail.
Strong skills in data analysis, pricing, sales forecasting, and commercial analysis.
Proficient in Power Point, Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. • Good understanding of F&B business, consumer behavior, and product performance.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
English proficiency is a plus.
