*Key Activities:
- Strictly follow the company HSE standard in daily work.
- Build digital strategy including new initiatives and contribute to planning & executing Company's strategies;
- Allocate resources, set target and ensure target achievement of ATL section;
- Be responsible for budget planning & forecast, budget usage monitoring and other budget strategies of ATL section;
- Collaborate with agency to create digital communication plan, ensure execution on schedule and implement measures across whole Company's brands;
- Check all quotation for ATL in terms of cost efficiency and effectiveness maximization;
- Handle the resolution and propose improvement plan in case of unexpected issues that impact the Company especially troubles related to digital advertisement;
- Predict and identify risk in operation of ATL section to control any probability or impact on the Company;
- Maintain product positioning and RTB across all communications channels & align with channel/ Product Marketing to maximize communication effect to convert brand awareness to brand preference and brand purchase.
- Brand visibility package: together with the designer to develop innovative POSMs in line with brand guidelines
- Sponsorship & Events: validate media spend for optimal results
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Smooth written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proven experience developing Marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
- Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Established press and media contacts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
- Smooth written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
