Product Marketing Manager

Report to: Head of Marketing
Main duties & responsibilities
a. Analyze the pesticide needs of each crop and propose solutions.
b. Conduct market segmentation, product positioning, and strategic planning.
c. Plan and supervise sales plan, import plan of related products.
d. Responsible for maintaining and increasing market share in managed product groups.
e. Track the development of new products, launching plans, product branding, new markets, and new target groups.
f. Check and update the content and design of product labels. Labels must conform to regulations of the Department of Plant Protection.
g. Lead crop protection projects, ensuring both scientific rigor and strategic execution
h. Develop strategies to solve industry challenges, including pesticide resistance and societal pressure for sustainable solutions.
i. Analyze the market and support company strategic goals, focusing on precision agriculture and climate-resilient crops
j. Suggest prices, sales policy, promote promotions for agents and famers.
k. Provide product characteristics, crop techniques, and technical support when needed.
l. Good research and forecasting of market demand.
m. Effectively control the production of goods and inventory
n. Control advertising broadcasting and image promotion activities.
o. Attend and follow step by step for product research and development with R&D
p. Do all relating tasks requested by the Head of Marketing
Understanding of the Regulations, Collective Labor Agreements & maintaining corporate confidentiality.
Other duties
 Must prepare monthly reports and send to the manager.
 Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
 Participate in internal & external training courses.
