The Job

Together with your team you take the customer view first and raise the bar in delivering business travel solutions:

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to seamlessly integrate high-level concepts and cutting-edge engineering into our iOS and Android mobile apps developed with Flutter.
• Work with teams and stakeholders to identify and define innovative features and user stories for our mobile applications that will improve the hotel reservation process for business travellers, drive industry-specific advancements and enhance our market presence.
• Champion product quality throughout the lifecycle, emphasising security, reliability, testability and maintainability in our mobile applications to meet the highest industry standards.
• Drive innovation by continuously updating our processes, tools and technologies to stay ahead of mobile technology trends and maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead strategic planning and visioning to align mobile app development with business goals, ensuring projects deliver significant value and improve user engagement.

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years in a product management role specifically with mobile applications with a proven track record of successful product development.
• Strong familiarity with the Flutter framework and experience managing mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, developers, and other product owners.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
• Ability to analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance data to inform product strategy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conceptualize strategic product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
