Product Owner

Position Overview: Gapowork is seeking a talented and experienced Product Owner cum Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role will be pivotal in driving the development and optimization of our SaaS Digital Workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, business analysis, and a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Gapowork's SaaS Digital Workplace solutions.
Align product goals with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Ensure that requirements are well understood by the development team.
Product Roadmap and Backlog Management:
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the development and release schedule.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Manage and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.
User Experience and Feedback:
Champion user-centric design principles and ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience.
Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate product features and enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Facilitate communication and coordination among teams to achieve product milestones and launch objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Monitor product performance and usage metrics, and report on product health and progress to stakeholders.
Identify and address product performance issues and areas for improvement.
Agile Development:
Lead the product development process using Agile methodologies.
Create and manage user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
