1. Product Requirement & Backlog Management
Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed product documentation (logic, user flows, user behaviors, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and prioritize product features.
Build and maintain a clear, well-structured product backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless, intuitive, and user-centered product experiences.
Work closely with the Development team to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of product requirements.
Collaborate with QC/
Testers to define acceptance criteria and ensure the quality of product deliverables.
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings.
3. Problem Solving & Decision Making
Support the resolution of product-related issues throughout the development lifecycle.
Make data-driven decisions based on real user feedback and market trends.
Act as the "voice of the user" to guide product direction and ensure user-centric solutions.
4. Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing
Provide product documentation, training, and usage guidance for relevant stakeholders.
Foster strong collaboration between Business, Design, Development, and QA teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
