What you will be doing
Management
Planning product tasks follow Scrum Framework;
Work closely with development team to ensure products/features are well produced/implemented according to management requirements;
Risk management for deadlines and team tasks, regularly reporting progress to management.
Product quality
Manage and improve products KPIs (Retention/ROAS)
Communication
Communicate well with multiple teams/departments (BOD, Marketing) to ensure transparent communication with everyone
Requirements
Degree
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge
Have at least 2 years experiences in the Mobile Game Development, especially experiences in management and product analysis
Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team
Technical skills
Good presentation and documentation skills
Plus: Have knowledge on using Notion
Other Requirements
Good analytical and critical thinking
Strong self-discipline but be mindful with everyone
An excellent listener and good at other communication skills
