KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New Product Development
• Gather customer requirements and create solution descriptions for new EV charging products.
• Develop technical specifications, use cases, and test cases.
• Collaborate with the China R&D team to ensure product development aligns with market requirements.
2. Product Testing & Validation
• Conduct tests based on technical specifications, test cases, and use cases.
• Assess compatibility between chargers and various EV models.
• Verify system connectivity and OCPP backend integration.
• Work directly with customers for product approval and certification.
3. Product Improvement
• Collect and analyze feedback from after-sales teams to identify improvement areas.
• Propose product enhancements to improve performance, stability, usability, and reduce error rates.
• Coordinate with R&D China to implement improvement actions.
4. After-
Sales Technical Support
• Provide Level 2 technical support for complex product issues.
• Conduct regular technical training sessions for after-sales service teams.
Chinese language preferred; Chinese & English proficiency is a plus
Salary range: 32-47M, Candidates with proficiency in both Chinese and English will be given priority, and we are open to further discussion with such applicants
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Annual leave: 14 days per year, every 2 years of service adds 1 extra day, up to a maximum of 7 days
13th-month salary and other bonuses
Yearly bonus: 2-3 months
• Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunications, Automation, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in embedded programming and electrical devices.
• Understanding of new product development and testing processes.
• Knowledge of OCPP and ISO 15118 protocols is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
• Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, disciplined, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
• Experience in power solutions sector actively involved in product management,
sales engineering/pre-sales, bids and proposals, or system engineering.
• Detailed knowledge of EV charging solution and/or renewable energy solution products or equivalent hardware products.
• Ability to discuss detailed technical issues with customers and management.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and demonstrable customer rapport, in-depth experience working in the EV charging industry
• Creative 'out of the box' thinker.
• Business-level fluency in English, Candidates with additional proficiency in Chinese will be given preference.
