Mô tả công việc
Main responsibilities:
Assist in bug escalation from the customer to tester: When customers encounter issues or bugs, the Product Specialist helps escalate these to the appropriate testing or development teams and ensures timely resolution.
Assist in customer activation and onboard customers: Collaborating with the customer success or onboarding teams to facilitate smooth customer activation and onboarding processes. This involves guiding customers through initial setup, configuration, and training.
Understand everything about the products: A Product Specialist should have a comprehensive understanding of the products, including their features, benefits, and use cases. They should stay updated on product updates and changes.
Provide demo or walkthrough to customers about the products: Conducting product demonstrations and walkthroughs to customers, both individually and in group settings, to showcase product features and capabilities.
Assist customers by providing webinars on how to sell on different platforms: Conducting webinars or training sessions to educate customers on how to effectively sell their products on e- commerce platforms or social media.
Help set up customer accounts: Assisting customers in setting up their accounts, configuring settings, and ensuring a smooth start to their experience with the product.
Requirements:
Technical skills: Familiarity with software applications, platforms, or technologies relevant to the product is often required. This can include knowledge of testing methodologies, bug tracking systems, and customer support tools.
Knowledge of the product: A deep understanding of the company&039;s products or services is essential. This includes knowledge of features, functionalities, and how they address customer needs.
Customer- oriented mindset: The ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions is crucial. Customer- centricity should be at the forefront of interactions and decision- making.
Min 1- 2 years of experience as customer support, product specialist and similar roles.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying product information to customers, providing demos, and assisting with customer onboarding.
Problem- solving skills: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills are important for addressing bug escalations, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions to customers.
