Mô tả công việc

1. Product Knowledge & Clinical Application:
• Conduct research and continuously update product information in collaboration with the regional team.
• Serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the product, including features and benefits.
2. Training / Education:
• Deliver training to the sales team and distributors on BTL products.
• Provide training for doctors and nurses on the utilization of BTL products.
3. Marketing:
• Develop the Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of products based on competitive and market analysis.
• Prepare marketing materials and promote BTL products through educational activities, workshops, congresses, etc.
• Build relationships and connections with Cardiology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by visiting hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Collect and update market data to inform business strategies, including competitors' activities and tender information.
4. Sales Support:
• Advise and persuade customers on the benefits of using BTL solutions.
• Provide sales teams and distributors with advice and technical specifications.
• Manage demo issues, including the management of demo items, setup, and follow-up on demo cases.
• Oversee delivery issues, including setup, software installation, and training of medical staff.
• Address any documentation or item-related issues in tenders.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field).
Certifications related to cardiology or medical devices are advantageous.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in cardiology devices, especially ECG.
3. Skills and Abilities:
• Clinical Skills: Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work well in a team and with cross-functional groups.
• KOL and Healthcare Provider Relations: Skilled in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and insights for strategic planning.
• Problem-Solving: Effective in addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Regulatory Awareness: Knowledgeable about the regulatory environment affecting cardiology devices.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
