Mô tả công việc
- Conduct training programs to equip knowledge & skills related to the business activities of Artistry Cosmetics brand
- Develop training content and supporting documents, train/coach and answer client's questions about training content and product information
- Organize training programs/activities and develop internal trainers
- Develop content of E-Learning courses and online training programs as planned
- Plan and execute daily training program, new cosmetics product training program and related projects
- Search and contact with external trainers, guest speakers, partners, agencies, KOLs,... to support for the training program and combine with the training content
- Ensure the progress & efficiency of training program implementation, related communication activities (poster content, teaser, trailer,...)
- Coordinate with other departments, service providers to effectively implement relevant training programs and activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Training/L&D in FMCG, Nutrition, Cosmetic, Direct Selling/MLM or related industries
- Bechelor's Degree, having certificates in Skin Care, Cosmetics, Beauty Technology or Train the Trainer is an advantage
- Familiar with E-Learning tools. LMS
- Having experience in consulting & answering beauty related problems in general is a plus
- Experienced in training & managing internal trainers, working with guest speakers to build effective training content
- Confident, professional and open communication
- Be proactive in work and have a high sense of responsibility
- Able to take business travel within the country if required
