Mô tả công việc
• In charge of all payment transactions for Manufacturing Division
• Report outstanding balance of Manufacturing Division and goods-in-transit of Manufacturing Material Order parts monthly
• Follow ED service activities, from ED plan until issuance of debit note for ED Coating Service and scraps monthly
• Other accounting issues in Manufacturing Division
2. Factory & Manufacturing Administrative Tasks
• Make application for hazardous waste treatment and cleaning up sludge tank
• Apply for and follow the approval process for other miscellaneous tasks at the factory according to the Delegation of Authority (DOA)
• Prepare contract for maintenance special equipments in factory
• Provide support in contact with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation/Mitsubishi Corporation for production-related issues
• Other tasks to support related sections in the Company (such as Quality Enhancement Section)
3. Administrative Tasks related to Manufacturing Division personnel
• In charge of booking travel arrangements and accommodation for business trips of Manufacturing Division members and guests
• Support expatriates in request for general affairs and personnel tasks

Yêu cầu
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Knowledge:
• Proficient understanding of accounting and office administration
• Basic knowledge of automobile production is an advantage
- Required skills:
• Good English communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills and using MS Office tools
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
